I feel the same way about Tam, she has some life experience but other than that she’s a textbook version of what productive looks like.

Thinks by journaling and preaching she has it all together but I think she acts up for the cameras.

Does anyone know what her boyfriends name is? I’ve noticed she keeps that side of her life private.

She is just saying stuff she reads from self help books etc.

True but my ADHD brain can't concentrate on non fiction books so I find it really helpful to learn the information in this format and I find I pay attention to her! (Mostly)
