Stuffy Nose!

Have a very stuffy nose at the moment! Nothing like a cold though!
Think it’s due to having the heating on more due to the extreme cold weather!
Any tips / advice to clear it!
My friend recommended bowls of water in the living room for the moisture/ heat

Oh yes, I hate this time of year (UK), my nose is blocked up indoors, but as soon as I go out in the cold, it starts running .
I use a saline nasal spray if I'm stuck indoors for a day or so. You can buy them anywhere, but I always get the cheapo generic brands, they're just a couple of quid.
*these aren't the same as the medicated nasal sprays that they've mentioned on the news today, you won't get addicted to a saline spray!

Olbas Oil is good for stuffy noses. Put a few drops on a tissue and sniff!
