Sophie Morgan as there were so many rumours about a wheelchair user taking part

However, I also think we could be in for a surprise.

I feel the same but no idea why. I feel because they signed Jody we wont get a Wheelchair user this Year though. Or if they do it'll be Ade as he's likeable plus part of the bbc family

I thought the Daniel Sturridge rumour was just so random not to be true (see also Amanda Abbington), but now I'm wondering if the last spot is someone who wants an an all female pairing. I've given up trying to work who might be benched 🥴

So basically for Vito I'd like Angela S. or failing that Zara or Nikita. No GB News adjacent ladies please. I will also accept Layton. I assume Ellie is promised to Gorka.

I'd assume Gorka & Ellie are partners as well. I'd have liked him with Amanda but Ellie is the shortest and is Manchester based, it's a no brainer for Gorka and producers. It might well be why they've cast her.

For the rest of the male pros, I'm saying Annabel with Johannes, then Zara/Angela R with Gio/Vito in either combo and Nikita/Layton/Angela S for Graziano/Nikita/Kai in any combo.

Does that leave Amanda with Carlos? I wonder how that would work.

Who would be your pro of choice if you did the show? I was always an Alijaz girl so in his absence I'd be torn between Gorka and Johannes

I really hope they get someone to choreograph Len's dance who actually respects Len's legacy on the show. Gilkison would just use his usual lazy tricks IMO with the BTF type dancers (most of whom never worked with Len) and it wouldn't be remotely fitting. I'd hope that the likes of Erin and even Brendan get to come back for a tribute dance.

It would be lovely if Anton & Erin lead a classy traditional ballroom tribute for Len. Sadly it’s unlikely to happen. 🙁

It really would be but I agree that it is unlikely. Hopefully at least Anton is involved and the pros who worked under Len (Karen, Gio, Gorka, Katya). It would be a bit weird for the likes of Dianne, Johannes & Nancy to lead it when they never worked with Len.
