Aw, Les going into heaps of laughter at the judges comments still makes me chuckle. Pity he couldn't have got just another week. I think Jody would have made a better first boot. Poor dance plus I'm not sure he really looks like he's enjoying it.

Does anyone know what Gio's Beryl army thinks about Amanda? Are they in favour?
They seem to be fairly positive, though nobody will match up to Rose, obv. But I have seem some muttering about how they can't quite warm to her, she's too intense etc. Basically anything is better than Richie for them!
I suppose that’s the problem when you are so heavily invested in a pro. You are almost contractually obligated to vote for the partnership, even if you wouldn’t in normal circumstances.

Last week on ITT, he had his hand on her knee in the most awkward looking way, like, 'must remember not to move hand.' This week he was part turned away from her at times. It's all a bit strange.
As regards him being disconnected, I thought that on the first night, as they were about to run up the stairs to join Claudia. I don't even know what it was but I thought it looked like 'okay here we go, onto the next part' - in a really mechanical way, on his part. As if he is saying and doing all the right 'Strictly' things but isn't really that bothered anymore.
