Has anyone had any experience with the lozenges? Last time I tried it used the patches, which I didn't mind. I plan on using the patches again with the lozenges, I don't feel like i could go full cold turkey.
i havent had a real fag in 6 years , but i cant give up vaping now! the fact that they say its 95 percent safer makes it harder for me to stop. I honestly would be too stressed to stop at the moment, with whats going on.I swapped to vaping and the last time I had a (drunken) cigarette I wanted to throw up after!
See there’s no way I could have none. It’s like diazepam. I very rarely need them but would really panic if I had none just in case. It helps me with panic attacks to know there’s something that will help if I can’t manage it any more.
I was just thinking I might put the packet I have in the shed, that’s locked and has a padlock. So they’re not easy to reach for but can get to them if I really need to.
Thanks a million for your advice everyone. I really do appreciate it
You honestly have me tearful saying that. I was a bit ashamed of even making this thread. Thank you a million for your kindness![]()
A few people have said thatIve done hard drugs and i agree that smoking was much harder to quir
Well done. I quit multiples times, sometimes all I would think about was smoking (obviously that led to failure) but the 3 times I quit long term it was easy. I was definitely a routine smoker rather than a nicotine addict though. I quit once and I had to change my route to work because I had set points on the journey where I would light up and I literally couldn't drive past them.Oh my days you wasn't wrong, I tried once yuck, tried again absolutely not. Still smoke free, found it easier than I thought. Why did I waste my money on the lozenges?! If anybody reads this thread, if you feel like you can do it, then just do it without the lozenges. I'm still using the patches but that's no fail.
