Yeah it’s a recent thing. She had a teddy on the boat trip in Ibiza and then a few teddies on this cruise in Norway. My husband is 49 (I am only 4 years behind him) and if I brought teddies on trips with me he would be like WTF you doing? It’s really odd behaviour. Although she is an odd girl anyway. Couldn’t imagine giving my job and friends up for a man. Sad really? Especially one that doesn’t commit

That is so weird! From stuff he's mentioned before she lived overseas before she met him (I'm sure she lived in Iceland and Canada) and then obv she lived in Scotland when she met him (I assume) so it's not like she's lived some sheltered life and she's not used to travelling/being overseas and needing it for comfort. Even if she did I'm not sure why you'd take a teddy on a flipping boat in the Med!

It's just a shame as I did actually generally like watching the majority of their videos. This has tarnished it completely for me now.

They’ve got the creepy viewers pandering to them and calling her stunning so at the moment all is fine in their court. I would be questioning these viewers though. Absolute oddballs

They've been together a while and she's still no . It would be a shame if she wants a child down the line and he flat refuses and then it could be too late for her to find a man her own age that does.

I thought Scott from PTE had a thread on here but I can't find it, his videos have fallen off a cliff too IMHO. Last couple I haven't even watched but he's been getting absolutely roasted in the comments (although someone did say on one that they thought his vids were better than Steve's!)

I used to enjoy watching Steve’s videos, they felt organic and genuinely like a guy who enjoyed traveling and recording for his YouTube.
That has completely changed for me, I can’t say it’s fully Alicja but that has been part of it.
Steve has become even more miserable and I hate when they say oh well that will make the video good (when something minor goes wrong). Also I agree with the comments about the phone, something seemed very strange with that.
Then the zooming in on Alicja in her bikini or bum, the child like manor of her clothes and the teddies it just makes me feel ughh

I’ve started watching other YouTubers like Phil Carr, Chris Howett and Ed Chapman (how does Phil have hardly any subscribers compared to Steve!) and you notice the enthusiasm and energy, the joy of traveling and showing you everything plus the top effort put into recording and editing of videos, and it’s hard to go back and watch Steve.

Phil Carr started on IG I think and has only recently started doing long form on YT. He is good.
Ed Chapman is marmite. Not sure what he wants his channel to be.
I will check out Chris Howett.

Seems that trip they got free is worth about 5 grand aswell. Christ on a bike. I don't even have 5 grand! Too unrelatable now.

Ed Chapman has the least researched videos of anyone else I’ve watched, he makes Steve look like a real professional. It baffles me sometimes the things he doesn’t know and the things he says. I know he’s young but the travel videos are pointless. It’s like it’s his first day on earth every video. I work with someone who looks and acts just like him so maybe that’s why he winds me up so much

I don’t mind Alicja but the teddies are a bit much. It gives DDLG fetish content. They almost certainly have some patron members that they’re pandering to. I’ve noticed he’s a lot more lovey dovey lately, maybe he read here about the fact they slept in separate beds and interacted like father and daughter rather than a couple.

DDLG fetish was what I thought. Really odd behaviour. The zooming in on her backside and down her top, along with the bikini clips make me want to vom. He is really creepy

Even though my bofriend and I really enjoyed the videos from both QM2 and Hurtigruten, I really do miss the old type of videos when there was just Steve gouing on cheaper trips.
Some of the best ones have been him on trains exploring less touristy parts of Europe , like when he travelled in Romania, and the Baltics.

Don't get me wrong, I like Alicjia, but I dont think it's necessary she's part of every video.

She tagged along and got the freebie. That also is part of what put me off. It's his channel. He's the one with the interest.

He wasn't beforehand though? It's only recent he's accepting freebies? Her Instagram posts about the freebie they got and didn't document on YouTube though leads me to believe maybe they have been, just haven't put it on YouTube.

Did the QM2 trip cost them 20k in total?

Yeah a lot of his trips could have been gifted and he's broken YT rules not declaring it. I'm not sure how much the QE2 trip was.
