He will be 999 on his cell card I think (if they still exist) then after his 30 years and however many days expire he can apply for release. I think.

He will be kicked round the high security estate for the rest of time I think (@eggfriedrice help me here) as its all risk based if i remember rightly

He's going to try and off himself at the first given opportunity. Will he be given protection in there?
