Hi guys, longtime lurker and I’m no expert but I did do a module on international law
the uk and uae do have an extradition treaty but whether he gets extradited back here depends on so many specifics like whether dubai also has laws against revenge porn and the minimum sentence for it in both countries etc
tbh I don’t think it’s at that stage yet even though he’s extending his holiday cause there’s so much bureaucracy it’d take ages (if I remember properly they have to go through the home office and stuff)

like I said I’m no expert I really should’ve paid more attention during my lectures correct me if I’m wrong x

I studied law for a year before realising it was too hard and changing my degree at this point he would have been contacted by police and asked to come in when hes home extradition only really comes in to it if u flee to that country to escape the crime or they think u may have done that so they will give him a few more months before it comes to that

If you consider having lost only fans as being “losing all of your hard work”, you are best to get yourself a proper job so you can find out what hard work really is like.

If you think that getting your Only Fans account justifies what you have done and an endorsement of how you’ve carried on these last few days, you are very very wrong.

If you think that you are somehow going to publicly recover from this, you have that very wrong also.

You are going to need you Only Fans account because your chances of earning any kind of decent living through other means like TV are shot to pieces.

UK cops can come across and interview him in Dubai. If he fails to give a statement and uses his right to remain silent, they can lay charges if they can determine that there is enough evidence before them. Remember, it’s the prosecutions role to determine the facts, not Bear’s role to prove he didn’t do it.

Let's hope the fact that its in the media will go against him and the police will travel to interview him! Wouldn't it be ironic if the fame he so desperately seeks is what brings him down.

Coming on to say this!!!!! I've watched this all play out, my brother is a very similar character to Bear, he may look distressed for the purpose of the video but you can see by his eyes that he isn't, no tears!!!!! He knows he has fucked up, he's played the big man, he's realised that hasn't worked so now he's pulling this card!!!!! Its pathetic!

If you watch the video with no sound, it looks so fake.

The guy without a doubt needs help though because posting a video like that is bizarre behaviour regardless
