I took it at night before bed and it affected me from around 5am-12pm. Couldn't eat breakfast at all, but by afternoon i felt 'normal' again. It's hard to say what time is best until you know how it will affect you, but I would take it in the mornings if I did it again.

Can you take some the off work?

Thank you that gives me some reassurance. Do you have any tips on taking it? Best time of day? With or without food? I’m just so worried it makes me sick. I’m petrified of sick for one but also my partner is away long days for work so I am responsible for school run then going to my own work where I am on my feet all day. I don’t want the embarrassment or awkwardness of having to run to the toilet every 5 mins. I just don’t have the time for feeling like that 🙈

Sertraline made me nauseous when first taking it or the dose was increased, it would also keep me awake so I would take mine in the morning. I’m no longer on that medication but for me it worked best at 200mg. I really hope it helps.
