She doesn’t even need to put him on the birth certificate.I’m not sure if it is a legal possibility in his jurisdiction but I thought it was plausible that Andrew could have slapped an injunction on her to remove the explicit photo of the baby under parental rights, perhaps on the grounds that it was exploitative of Pixie and he was not consulted before she posted it as the father. If that’s a possibility I could see where, perhaps, whatever legal justification he would have it might expand to her posting other photos regarding a funeral or what have you. Anything that might be considered exploitative. And perhaps she’s not talking about it much because she doesn’t want to step into that gray area.
I completely agree with you, I think she’s also not talking about it because she doesn’t wanna get caught out for lying. Especially if she has been reading here and has seen how we have reconstructed an entire criminal timeline going back to her date of conceptionShe would be smart to think that she doesn’t want to add any more fuel to the fire in regards to the sleuthing that we do here to connect the dots. I wondered if there was a cease and desist letter for a defamation action. I’m not sure it would actually have merit as the “pile on” that occurred when it was revealed he was in Europe was more through her silence on the issue and allowing comments rather making direct comments from herself. Also it would be hard to establish a direct $ loss from this content.
But there is recent litigation where moderators of fb pages have been taken to court for comments by others on their pages.
Also a cease and desist can be an effective legal mechanism in itself. The simple assertion that “the truth”could be revealed might be very damaging to her own brand. So it might be self preservation rather than avoiding a court action.
