Sir Keir Starmer #3

What is the actual point of replacing Keir Starmer with the indistinguishable (apart from the weird waxy David Cameron looking face) Wes Streetiing? How will that make them more electable? Genuinely baffled

Al Carns bubbling up as candidate on MSM. If he doesn't make a bid for leadership, then sometime soon as whoever becomes PM now is best of worst offers.

Carns is likely the only Cabinet MP who has proven leadership in a proper job, & was 'gong'd' for what he had notably achieved.

Also he does ordinary everyday well enough.

My dear Sir Keir
Would you please just disappear
We need someone to govern
Not just a man being stubborn
Enough of this selfishness
Reflect on your worthiness

Woke up on a cold sweat that Ed 'Bought Down by A Bacon Sandwich' Mili and could be in with a chance. That's energy bills skyrocketing.

These people have turned out to be even more out of touch than the last bunch. Whilst I don't ever trust the Mail it is saying Streeting would give Reeves something like Foreign Secretary! 🙄😭🤮

And yet I STILL think Keir Stay-mer should go. Questioning my own sanity.

At this point I wouldn’t know who to vote for if I got the chance because they’re all (almost) the same. Out of touch and making things better for those who don’t actually need any help! If Starmer goes, I honestly don’t think any of them are any better!

Agreed. But I do think if Starmer is eventually pushed out, he will be so angry he will call a GE rather than let any of the other misfits take his place. He couldn't stand going back to back benches

I dont think he's that kind of person. What i would say is that Streeting is even less popular. Rayner has dodgy tax issues. Burnham doesnt have a seat. They all know this, and know they arent true candidates.

So what exactly are they playing at, with this disruption.

I hope not because I do feel like right now, a party I would rather not get in, would win with a landslide, but that’s a purely selfish point of view!

I remember him coming to the leadership role, I had such high (stupidly) hopes! But, they all over promise and under deliver constantly. I don’t want miracles just our weekly shop not to bankrupt us when they’re posting billions in profits, our bills to be decent, people to be able to access proper health and dental care and life not to be quite so rit!

We really could do with the seemingly inevitable Reform government being held off until Trump's gone because I get the feeling the whole Brexit plan etc has always been about trying to align Trump and an agreeable UK leader into some deals that are very profitable for their interests and extremely bad news for the average person.

I agree and I do understand a lot of people just want change. They just want it to be better and will put their faith in the Trojan horse being dragged through!

Maybe not though
Maybe there would be no winner and we could have a coalition government.
I hate landslides, never used to be but now I really want PR to be brought in. Landslides on the surface seem a good idea for a stable govt, but the last two govts both had landslides and look where we are

That’s a very good point! TBH I feel like they should all be made to work together and hold hands to make things better 🤣

Streeting or Starmer?
New Blood or Harmer?
Burnham or Milliband?
New King or Old Hand?
Big Ange or Carns the Stranger?
Tax Evader or Potential Danger?

You Decide
