I know it’s been said before but for a health and fitness page her diet is appalling.
Pay me to help you with diet and exercise but don’t copy mine. If I ate like she did I’d be in bits

All these energy drinks she shows, an alleged nutrionist, surely they can't be good for your insides, lethal I would have thought?
This is the problem with the label nutritionist. Anyone can use it, it means very little. It can be a self proclaimed title. Whereas a dietician is someone who is registered with a legal body and has spent some years studying to gain the qualifications necessary to give advice.
She’s is eating more tit than Sarah Burke and that’s a serious thing to say
Her diet is so processed. She lives alone, has no kids, only works and goes the gym. She has more than enough time to make food that is nutritious and doesn't just fit into a calorie bracket.
As for the daily monster, I only drink in the afternoon every now & again when I'm exhausted & work is mad & I still have an evening of managing kids activities/house work/gym/college. I'm no dietitian but I can't imagine one every single day (or just on gym days) is good for you.

I think she’s hit a sweet spot in the ‘nutritionist’ market by being quite athletic and eating processed rit/drinking too much to the point she’s relatable and people feel better about themselves. Her content is quite boring (don’t get me started on all the processed meat 
) but there is definitely an audience for her of slightly overweight people who eat/drink whatever they like and see her doing the same as comforting!

When someone says 10 times in afew stories "the number of followers doesn't matter to me", I think someone is protesting a little bit too much because they clearly do when you continuously repeat yourself about it not mattering!!!
