Hate to speculate but thought the exact same.
Something tells me she's enjoying have her "life back" a little to much, to give it up for another pregnancy. I could be wrong

This is the only photo I could find. For a girl obsessed with working out she does look like she’s put on weight and I would agree she does seem to have been hiding the tummy area in the majority of her posts since December.
Remember she was distraught over the pregnancy weight gain and swelling in her fingers when she couldn’t wear her wedding rings, repeatedly complaining about it, rather than enjoying her beautiful little girl. That honestly made me so sad for her little girl and just highlighted how vain she is that she’d let her obsession with her looks take from her special time with her newborn.
