Well I saw him this morning, been told lose weight and build up the muscle again but also steroid injections in 9 days! Couldn't believe how quickly it happenedHope they can help! Yes I was only 26 when I was diagnosed

I don’t know if it would be possible but we recently got a new mattress with memory foam and that’s really helped. I think you can get toppers if that’s a better option money wise
