I’m pretty sure if it’s a council flat you can do whatever and then you just have to make sure it’s the same when you leave, like in some councils you own the flooring so they rip it up when you leave/you have to take it away with you

I'm in a housing association and can't do anything like that without permission. I want to put in a dishwasher and they want quotes and for me to send a copy of the invoice when it's done, they even want to know the brand and model dishwasher I plan to buy and from which shop Painting is fine and putting up pictures or shelves.

i’m housing association and can do anything (obviously nothing structural) as long as when i leave the tenancy it’s back to how it was. i didn’t need permission for a dishwasher either so think every where is different

It wouldn’t surprise me! Like everyone on here has said, I really think that she’s in religious psychosis and it’s why she went to the US. I don’t think there’s much appeal with her church in the UK.

More of her BS because in the early days when she was more transparent and honest, she said it was social housing and some SH landlords are more lenient when it comes to diy and renovations like she’s doing. It wouldn’t be private rented and she changed the taps in the bathroom, painted the tiles, put panelling up and fitted a shower screen in there

Of course she hasn’t got lupus, what was on her face was not the classic butterfly rash, and she wouldn’t be able to exercise, decorate, or even get up at the times she does if she was mid flare. She would also be in constant pain, mouth ulcers. It would be a lot, my mum had lupus and flare ups weren’t great for her. I’m currently being tested for inflammatory disorders, I did a work out on Tuesday and I’m still paying for it today. Seeing people like her use illnesses and then are completely overjoyed that she’s not got it (which is 100% valid), and says it’s thanks to god that’s why o haven’t got it really does rub me the wrong way, especially when there are people who are suffering from these conditions everyday!

From the comments and the big chop hash tag, I do wonder about the rash being a reaction to hair relaxers. It's my understanding that big chop is a specific term, referring to cutting off hair that's been chemically relaxed?

I did think where she referred to it as the big chop that maybe her hair was damaged due to heat/relaxers/dying/texturising etc as that’s what I did but the facial expressions whilst doing it, the remark about making decisions when on your period and the way she’s been acting lately does make it all look a bit ‘SOS’ ish

I do wonder if her mum and the kids have tried to intervene but she’s just not having any of it, especially with the support she’s getting for her new religious IG account she thinks this is all normal and healthy

YES…the facial expressions and the remark about periods made me think the same….also, I’m pretty sure she said that she thought she had the clippers on a different cutting level (or whatever it’s called), and that she didn’t realise it would be a shaved off short.

I saw a brief TikTok earlier, where she’s missing having a car, and doesn’t know what to do about it!!

She also said that without a car, it’s taking a 2 hours every couple of weeks to get things done!!

TWO hours every couple of weeks is nothing…she makes it sound like it’s 2 hours a day to get things done…..if you DON’T have time once a fortnight, then that’s p*ss poor time management love, not the need for a car…
