Gods knows probably trying to do out each other, and the blame game isn’t being renewed on bbc1 as well, for Diona
She’s in a new 10 part TV series called committed which is a romantic comedy, starring Dustin Milligan, due to come out in early 2027.
It’s interesting that she says Momager, does that mean that she will still be managing the podcast just not taking part?
Also she has co wrote a play that was in GOH - but didn’t appear in it due to family commitments.
They have also bought a new house recently which is a renovation project, so guess she does have a lot on.
All whilst juggling her comedy career and two small kids. She isn’t really in the same place professionally or personally as the other three.

Yeah I agree with Justtherefortittle, I think Diona is in a completely different space and with so many other projects as well as her family life probably strugged with scheduling etc.
Have watched the episode and you can see she is generally worn out and pulled lots of different direction. Her reasons are completely aligned with what we thought,
Really like Olivia and Jordan, via podcast, has been growing on me s bit more. Shannon just sat with a smugness with no genuine ‘own thought’, All she’s capable of is the rehash of what someone else has said or cutting her way into an organic conversatio.

Not 1 bit suprised she left. She had 2 other podcasts before that she just randomly stopped. She also thinks with this new show coming out that she'll be the next big star. The show doesnt look great imo and I dont think it would get a 2nd season, but sure ill never know until its out and i watch it
Although I will say I actually really like Diona and I hope this show does go well for her. I dont think the podcast will last much longer without her though

Same - I always liked Olivia and Jordan I’ve really grown to like from listening to the podcast whereas Shannon has gone the other way for me. I think Olivia and Jordan are both very genuine nice likeable girls but Shannon just cuts over people and tries to top the story or change it to something she wants to talk about
I think Diona was the glue of the podcast and drove a lot of the humour. Whilst I do think Jordan and Olivia have the personalities to continue it, I don't think it will be the same. I wonder will they recruit for a 4th GGC member to replace Diona...my money would be on Abigail Parkinson

I agree Olivia has a natural sense of humour where she is funny without even trying or realising. She has also has the ability to show empathy and compassion. Can also see how it has really helped her confidence to speak up.
And I think that it has also be a pivotal part of Jordan’s career as by opening up and talking about things we all seen a very different side to her.
Shannon showed zero transformation
Even her goodbye card was very ‘me’It would seem insensitive to say that they're going to replace her when they've only announced her departure but it'll definitely happen in the near future 
When will Diona realise that podcasts aren't her thing? This is the third one she's started and given up. The ADHD is hanging out of her.
I think Jordan and Olivia are genuinely talented. Jordan's reels about her daily working life behind the scenes on radio and TV are incredible! They are two creative personalities whereas Shannon just seems to follow trends - she can't seem to come up with any original content.

Shannon blew up when she lost the weight, her content was always collabs etc and then briefly about the house she was doing. I just find her very bland and trying to hard right now, there’s no personality there other than a member of the podcast. She really doesn’t have anything outside of that like the other girls do.
I've not seen one of her videos in years since she moved back from AUS. One just popped up on my tiktok and I was so shocked at how bad she looks now compared to years ago. The stringy thin greasy slick back in every post makes her look so plain and sick. The blonde was so much nicer than the red and she looked healthier before. I'm actually shocked looking at her page thinking this is someone who's looks I used to be jealous of.
She put a bit of weight back on when she was in AUS and when she came back home she looked far healthier for it, she’s stick thin again it makes her look ill.
