As someone who used to enjoy Shannon’s content - and appreciated a fellow New Zealander keeping it real in the YouTube space - seeing her go from reasonably down to earth to this ..vapid, idiotic lump is disappointing.

Just a note as I feel like there's some confusion happening and leading to a bit of misunderstanding - botox is not equivalent to fillers. It freezes muscle movement for a limited time, and should not add any volume or puffiness unless there's a bad reaction that really should be attended to quickly.
What it can do is lead to the eyebrow drooping as the muscles in the forehead are not tensed at all, which can lead to hooded eyes younger than expected.
Injected into the jaw it generally means a slimmer face, not puffier, though it can leave someone a bit jowl-y if they're older.

That puffy, inflated look is generally down to fillers and filler migration.

So true, I get new mam's can go through post pardum and not too mention depression while having a new born can be overwhelming and you just want to cry all the time. She needs to understand that parents, single mams and dads who don't have the resources or a 'job' like she doesn, not only deal with mental health, they also have to deal with proverty, the struggle to feed and cloth their kids. Influencers can go on about how they will teach their kids about being kind to people etc. It isn't going to change the fact that their influencer parents have shown the world, their lifestyle (which I get they have worked for some of it) of getting free things gifted to them.

No doubt shannon and hamish have mortages to pay etc, but they can still AFFORD TO BUY nappies, food, clothing, toys, their own personal things. while families who are really struggling, don't even have air con in their homes, nor do they have enough blankets sometimes, nor can they afford to save money and build their own home. Shannon might say she gets it, but she doesn't. If she did, she would be using her 'resources' to help other stuggling families, helping other new mams. Like, I don't understand why she gets gifted things, knowing that even though she gets a 'discount code' that people still aren't able to afford things. She can't say things like, ' they can use after pay' why? when that money can go on food etc. she isn't relatable and hasn't been since 2010

I wonder with these influencers how cash rich they actually are

Like is there actually money in the bank to what I think it is?

Or with out the free shit would they be like us peasants and cash poor?

They’re more assets rich with the houses and gifted product but you can’t walk into a supermarket and hand over a section of your house to pay

Sometimes I think they’re in more debt than I’m assuming, the amount that use afterpay etc astounds me

Been catching up on her recent vlogs and as per usual the new treadmill has followed the same blueprint as every other free thing she gets
WEEKS of asking for recommendations on instagram for treadmills.
