Yes, this haschappened to me a few times,for different things .You need to raise a issue with Vinted unfortunately and wait 3 weeks for their human response. Not sure why it's changed

Honestly I'd cut your losses and offer them a return and refund if they pay the postage. Best case they decide they can't be arsed and resell, or you get your thing back and you resell. Saves waiting for Vinted Support.

They have been really rude and obnoxious and looking at their feedback in the last few days looks like they have been doing ti a lot so TBH I think they should return it. Otherwise they will keep doing it to others. i takes time to measure and list all the measurements and the least they can do is look at them.

No but you do need to contact Vinted I am still waiting over a week bloody later for a mixed up parcel. I was told to refund lol no way,it's not my problem,it didn't even have the correct couriers label on for a start.

At the end of the day you haven't mis sold it, people should know by now Vintage clothes aren't Vanity sized. The measurements were on the listing lol why should you have to refund or pay for return. No way lol

I'm currently going round in circles with vinted support tearing my hair out ...
I messed up and mixed up 2 parcels. All I want to do is be able to allow them to return then I can resend the correct parcel to the correct person which they are luckily both understanding of and happy to do. However , I have no option to return or refund, it just says, vinted support are reviewing the sale and will contact me. I've messaged them to ask what's going on as I know what's happened and am happy to pay for returns (what is there to look into ?!) but I swear I'm speaking to AI because they just don't understand what I'm saying

Now after a few days they've said to contact the buyer and give me address so they can return outside of vinted ?! That's like going against the rules of not doing a transaction outside of vinted ??

Obviously I want to get this resolved as it was entirely my fault and isn't fair to the buyers but I don't feel comfortable giving some random my address.

Vinted braking their own rules in their advice - how ridiculous. I have done it on Ebay and asked each buyer to return them to me and then I sent out again. You could pay them to send them to each other directly but that is more risky in case one doesn't.

I report the AI listings, too, and Vinted actually act up it.
I thought it was allowed now ? They change their rules that much I lose track. Another rule I do not understand is picture collages. Some clothing looks better when showing the front and back or styled a certain way but you cannot post them.

I'm so confused with this listing!

For a start, the old thread favourite - new without tags but "only been worn once"... That's not new then!!

And then the sizing ? I'm pretty sure it's a 5.5 from what I can see on the box but she's listed it in the size 8 category and then this mumbo jumbo in the description! What is wrong with some people lol

Is it a listing from the USA as an US ladies sz 8 is just bigger than a UK 5.5 ?

Contact vinted support! I wouldn't accept a return just because it doesn't fit. You've listed the measurements it's their fault not yours!
