I had pretty much the same experience over £2 lol, apparently I was trying to scam herThe lady I’ve posted about before who didn’t bother to collect, then kicked off that I had to sort her refund. I had almost daily messages telling me I had to contact Vinted to sort it out because she wanted her money and it wasn’t her fault she didn’t collect. I marked it as received (although I did do it a day late due to her nasty message the second it hit my doorstep) and told her there was nothing else I could do.
She got her refund this morning and sent me a nasty message about how unhelpful I’ve been, how I’ve made this process much harder than it should have been and “thanks for nothing”.
The item was £3.
The past few weeks have been the same for me as a seller, but I've found some incredible bargains as a buyer. Feels like more of a buyer's market atm.I think I’m about to give up on Vinted for now. I’m not sure what’s happened but I’m getting zero offers despite relisting stuff and barely any favourites. I took everything off for a couple of weeks then relisted a few more desirable items and I got a few favourites and one low ball offer who went silent when I made a meet halfway offer back. It’s really disappointing because I did pretty well initially and have managed to shift quite a bit of stuff but it’s just completely died.
Yeah before my ban I had a flurry of activity,then completely died again. There's definitely far too many sellers now to compete with. People like this for example. Yeah,I am all for people making a go if it and trying to start a small business,but we can't all afford to do these things,I don't want cheeky offers,I don't do bundle discount anymore either,because people still want more. The amount of people I see now selling virtually everything for a pound. They can't be making much if they're reseller's because even ragman stock and charity surplus you need to charge more than that per item.I think I’m about to give up on Vinted for now. Yet people selling half empty bottles of all sorts, clear to see in photos, and they’re allowed to carry on.Urgh, I uploaded a brand new and sealed body mist and it immediately went to check in progress. They’ve just removed it saying it’s used. You could clearly see the seals and that it was full. Stupid bots.

Honestly it being left to auto complete happens with about 50% of sales for me, maybe more. It's a pain, but I guess people either forget, don't realise they need to do it to release the money or just don't care. I always figure if there was a problem I'd hear about itAnyone else get curious when an item is delivered but the buyers don't accept the order? Like they left my house in perfect conditionSo annoying though as I was hoping I'd get the money the same day
