Ooh I'm surprised, I was expecting manslaughter only. The garbled excuses and changing story must have been what did for him. Whatever happened exactly, it's undeniably his fault. RIP Scarlett.
Whilst drunk too, he's got an impeccable aim then. He'd have to be the strongest person in history to throw a knife from close range (and apparently over his shoulder) that penetrated clothing and then 11 cm deep into a person. What a ridiculous defence.
I still find it incredibly strange the mother appears to have be completely left out of the whole case from a legal perspective. And she must have been in hiding for this to be the only photo of her (that I know of) because surely the press would be interested? All so odd.The mother is very lucky to not go down for murder as well, I think she saw the whole thing. How convieient she had her back turned when Scarlett called him a wimp and he stabbed her.
Poor girl can't even rest in peace without her own mother still backing up the father.
Mum thinks dad should be released![]()
This sounds the most likely circumstance I wonder if the mother is still scared of himTbh I just don't understand why you'd throw any kitchen utensils at each other.....I mean, I could understand a tea towel or something like that, cos I've done that myself...but I'd never throw tongs or spatulas or knives at anyonethe story makes literally no sense, and I would not stand by and support my daughters dad if he had done that even if it was "an accident" as he thought he was throwing another utensil at her.
I don't even believe that's what happened though tbh, I think he's stabbed her deliberately or went to stab the mother and the girl has got in the way but they think he will get off with it if they make it seem like a play fight got wrong.
But again...WHO PLAY FIGHTS WITH ACTUAL UTENSILS?!
