I'm not sure what to make of her at all. When I saw the Espresso video, I thought the concept of it was that it was an intentionally ironic parody type video where she portrayed herself as a rather vacuous overly sexualised airhead character. I thought it was purely for the purpose of that particular video and intended to be amusing.

But after seeing a bit more of her, it seems like that's just actually how she is all the time? But I still can't work out if that's just how she's marketing herself and it's a bit of a character she's playing, or if she's actually just like that. I find her rather baffling.

When I see older photos of her and compare them to now, it’s clear she’s had so much work done on her face. It’s like looking at a different person. Also it’s annoying me how she is everywhere at the moment. Her songs kept coming on my Spotify so I made her a no play artist so I can listen in peace 😂

I think she’s gorgeous but her over-sexualised image is just too much.. it’s one thing doing it in a demure (sorry 😆) way but all her performances and a LOT of her songs have sexual undertones. Her new album is just full of meaningless content. I like some of the songs but they’re just generic pop songs with sexual references and will be completely forgettable. Nobody even cares about Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello drama anyway!

As someone who is new to her work and music, I was going to ask if she'd had work done. It seems she has then, right?

She just looks very clownish to me, and her face under the makeup just looks like a bang average person you’d walk past on the street. God I sound so horrible but I just don’t get why people are acting like she’s some beautiful perfect angel, I don’t see it

I think she's beautiful but she looked better before she got surgery. I also hate how much blusher she wears. 🤣

I agree with people who say she has made the most of herself. Without the bleach blonde hair, extensions, heavy makeup, surgery etc she would look like any average girl. I suppose it’s the pressure of the industry to look ‘perfect’ so in a way, it’s a bit sad.

The thing that annoys me is the over sexualisation. I thought we had moved past this kind of thing for women in the music industry but when I watch anything she does, I feel like I’ve gone back to the early 2000s watching stuff produced for the male gaze. It’s a bit gross.

Both I think, you can see from that image (and others) that her actual nose itself is different but I don't get why you'd want a hooked nose?!

I found this. He talks about the work she's had done. Interesting. I imagine so many in Hollywood have had stuff done. It's second nature there isn't it.

Some of her album tracks are clearly The 1975 rip offs, the song Juno is basically If you’re too shy (let me know) & there’s another song that sounds exactly like oh Caroline.

Whenever I see her that sexualised look she’s going for looks fake, she’s clearly a prude & will be bag of spuds in the sack.

Can't believe I didn't make the connection between Juno and If You're Too Shy until you said this! They do sound quite alike!

I’ve not looked in to it but did hack produce all those songs because that is the jack effect unfortunately 🤣
