I see the French player who bit Aoife Wafer in yesterday’s match has been banned for 12 matches! She should have been given a red card yesterday. That really could have changed the result for Ireland.

I have to admit I’ve not caught much of the women’s stuff, not through it being women’s, more obsessively getting the box sets in before men’s proper kicks off. But it’s looked bloody brilliant the bits I have seen. I really hope the rfu keep kicking on with the women, and don’t just ignore englands progress for trying to make englands men make progress……

also, if anyone wants to share Robshaws strictly stuff, can we have a trigger warning. This isn’t about mr boring, it’s about his wife who looks like the joker 😆😆😆

I'm so jealous, Twickenham must have been bouncing at that final whistle!
It was wild. As soon as the Bronze final finished I thought I’d pop down to see the Red Roses arrive. I was about 10 people back so couldn’t really see but stayed as there were people behind me. I didn’t realise how many people till I tried to move 😳 All the stairs were rammed with people too and Kelly Holmes and Claire Balding were watching from the VIP area.

We caught the first half from a pub in central London before we had to head off for dinner, and the atmosphere in the pub was so great. So nice to see people really getting behind the women.

Such sad news about Lewis Moody being diagnosed with MND:(
I really feel devastated by this, he is such a lovely guy (not that this wouldn't be heartbreaking even if he wasn't). Really hope there's some focused research happening given how many players have been diagnosed in recent years.

Don’t, I can’t bear another one. I feel sick seeing Ed Slater pop up incase we’ve lost him
Lewis Moody was a total head case on the field, I loved his way of playing back. Sadly it was when maybe we didn’t protect people enough, and looking back, we are here now. We didn’t know what we didn’t know back then And it’s awful, I’m sure the medics would love a Time Machine, and I hope a lot of them like James Robson are not blaming themselves for what they didn’t know.
I know MND is something more than just head knocks, and concussion causing it, but still. Between that and all the other players who have been ill of that era, it hits hard. Him, and Doddie were from the era that got me to adore rugby and the more we lose through a number of health stuff the sadder I feels

Oh wow! I’ve not looked at him for ages, or the girlf, I got bored of seeing her trying to obviously not make it look like she was parenting alone, and him ‘rehabilitate’

Just read that it was Gillian that asked for it to be relaxed.
Fair play to her mustn't have been a easy decision.
