Yes definitely! Although it's hard, if she knew it was a puppy farm she should have took all the details, walked away and gone to a reputable breeder, then reported the puppy farm and been an active participant in getting them shut down if she cared that much! I can well believe that conversation happened. They had a similar one months ago and Ruth made a half hearted effort for about a week and then made up for it by being on tiktok all the time.
