RSD - rejection sensitive dysphoria

Rsd is something that comes up in the Adhd and neurodivergent threads but I thought it might be a good idea for a thread solely to discuss it.

It was fairly recently that I found out what Rejection sensitive dysphoria was , but it was such a light bulb moment for me . I now have a name for what has caused me so upset in the past.

I try to internalise mine. I've been told i don't seem to care about anything. Although People do think I'm always in a bad mood I don't think they can pinpoint the cause.

Some of the things that help me is to remember that some people are just awful and the other is to be cynical and accept that the no response/ the rejection is a likely possibility. I've had to try the 2nd tactic recently and it helped a lot .
