I agree with you Justfortittle. Yes it’s an agonising wait for any hospital results but we are very lucky to have free healthcare.

I was diagnosed around the same time as her for skin cancer. Unfortunately mine is the more serious strand of cancer than hers, mine is melanoma which will have been red flagged and given a higher priority than hers because of what they suspected mine was and the implications and seriousness of it. Hers is a very common very treatable and non life threatening cancer which is something she will have been told at the outset when they suspected it was BCC and she will have been told not to worry.

Cancer results and treatment are prioritised depending on the seriousness of them. if they thought hers was life threatening or something more suspect than BCC etc they would have got them really urgent and she would have been told all of that and reassured lots by the Macmillian nurse and I know this cos I’ve been through a cancer diagnosis at the same time as her. Her appts would have been to check in with how she was and to check her body for signs of anything else which she should be grateful she was getting.

i do think she is doing lots of good for the awareness of skin cancer BUT i also think there is some drama creation here from her and attention seeking which she will in turn try to monetise as that’s what she does I don’t care if others disagree but mark my words she will spoon this to make money. She can raise awareness without all the shite that goes with it for these insta huns.

I honestly think I'd lose my mind if she tries to make money from this,
I do think she likes to big things up, as much as I feel for her, she is no more special than anyone else living with cancer, I haven't read the story, but if she if moaning about having to wait, while there is others worse off like yourself, she would seriously need to give her head a shake, I hope you are getting the help and care you need and deserve

As someone mentioned she's went viral and that's what this "statement" was all about. a couple of comments called her out on the story and how it didn't make sense Ro obviously beat into the comments reading them responded and proved the commenter proved their point. Delighted!! The were a crowd of dopes saying this is like a Netflix doc ......music and cha ching to Roisins ears!!!!

I’d say you’re right, in her statement she mentioned issues going back to her childhood and someone trying to deflect from their own behaviour so it seemed pretty obvious there was a family involved in the rumours. She’s denied the article has anything to do with her so I’m assuming the article came up in the local paper and the father has spread it around that it’s about Roisin?

She really loves the drama , breadcrumbing. Obviously it's not her cancer scare but then she never took that too seriously by heading off to Turkey, like you're not meant to be exposed to sunlight whilst using the chemo cream .
Maybe he's had an affair and they want to put it behind them but wasn't there something about an incident within the family
