I went to one of his 'work in progress' shows the other week where he was trialing new material. No fat jokes included if that makes you feel better. I found him very funny.

I have always found him funny before but this was like a tirade of abuse which isn't funny

He seems the type of comedian for the smug, leftie, suburban middle class type. A bit like Frankie Boyle who has been trying to reinvent himself to appeal to that crowd over the last few years.

I used to quite like his stand up apart from the obvious shock stuff, so when I saw his stand up show science was on TV tonight I put it on for a giggle had to turn it off in the end after sitting through 20 minutes of fat phobic "jokes" he then came back after the break to continue with more of the same rubbish its like he thought mmm can't do jokes about sexuality race religion (and rightly so) what's left oh yeah "fat" people shan't be watching anymore of his shows if that's all he can come up with
