She’s obviously got Stacey Solomon on her podcast tomorrow, I had noticed she had been tagging her in things lately. Not sure what Stacey can contribute to a nutrition podcast though 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m sorry but those raspberry oat scones look horrible. They look so dense and are not by any stretch of the imagination scones. She’s just made them look pretty by chucking a load of raspberries on top!
Her savoury recipes all look pretty unappetising, which you could forgive because she’s a nutritionist not a chef. But the endless amount of sugary recipes she posts is surprising. Maybe she just posts them because they look pretty on the gram?!

I get really terrible second hand embarrassment when insta influencers start going on about how awesome this "new thing" they have is, when it is so obviously an ad. Definitely should be used to it by now but its still cringeworthy!

I think she mentioned she was having people over in groups of 6. So it might have looked like a lot but I think she potentially was inside restrictions....although i don’t think she was including children ( OF ANY AGE) in the 6 so actually yes she was breaking the rules
I mention it only as Chessie King raved about catching up with 3 others (+ their 2 children) which makes a group of 6 before you even add Rhi, her little one and her OH.

Can't see how she's employing them.

She's at the sad-fishing yet again with the pity-post. She usually does it after another female health or fitness blogger has written a pity-me post on Insta and she obviously feels competitive with. Unreal how out of touch she is with the real world. And blatantly needs a lot of validation. Also, totally smug as f*.

I’ve just done a quick google of ‘Rhiannon Lambert husband’ and looks like he is a financial analyst called Billy Evans. Im not on LinkedIn but his profile comes up in the google search.

I imagine they are all self employed perhaps? even if they aren’t I suppose they can carry on working and generating an income. I’m not sure how much nutritionists charge but would imagine for Harley Street you’re looking at £50+ an hour

Do you guys ever wonder if she actually eats her dessert recipes? Like cookies and brownies, made traditionally rather than with banana and date sugar...the recipes sound great but I question whether she eats any of them herself! She's been looking a lot more gaunt and old lately, much older than she actually is...

Thats just with one of her team. She’s over £200 for Skype, more if you see her in person
That is a staggering amount for someone who is comparatively junior in her career. I know of a very well respected consultant doctor who charges less than that to see patients privately. Some people have more money than sense - why would anyone pay £200ph for advice from someone who is ruled by body dysmorphia and anorexia?

Does anyone else find her constant exercise posts with her husband in the background a bit weird? We get you’re exercising, you don’t need to shove it down peoples’ throats every damn day!

She definitely reads here too. Noticed she mentioned something about NHS staff so maybe she isn’t off to the Portland.

I forgot to post this the other day. But Sophie is one of RhiRhi’s clinic colleagues. I am sure genetics play a part in body shape but equally she gave birth about 8 weeks ago, was posting speeded up exercise videos after 4 weeks and to me just looks immensely triggering to anyone following her for “healthy kitchen” recipes. There’s lean and slender and then this. I’m not body shaming but there’s a responsibility here when they’re working in nutrition and posting “personal life” stuff.
She is painfully thin. The angular bones are extreme and not healthy at all.

Totally agree. Her ‘fed is best’ as an afterthought is ridiculously patronising. It’s just so smug! The truth is she has been able to afford private support getting Z’s tongue tie cut and having support from a lactation consultant which isn’t available on the NHS. If she cares that much why isn’t she campaigning for more funding so that those who aren’t as privileged as her can get proper support!!

Let’s see how she copes when she has a second baby! It’s much easier to BF one when there isn’t a toddler running around!
Wonder how she'll cope with a teenager wanting Maccies and Pizza and sneaking off to parties 😂...
I bf my middle daughter for 21/2 years! Had a wonderful experience and felt very fortunate...however she turned out to be a bit of a wild child in her teens and caused a lot of grief for me and my husband at the time! ( thankfully now she's 23, got a first class business degree and is a very driven individual who loves travelling ( pre Covid!) and will try her hand at most anything

I think she is and that’s also why she was getting so defensive about eating soy and giving her son soy the other week too. For someone who is always talking about having a healthy relationship with food she has such a weird relationship with food. Anything she eats is so shrouded in secrecy that people get blocked just for asking if she is vegetarian!
She preaches that everything in moderation is fine but then bad mouths certain foods and puts them in categories like “oh I’ve got chocolate round my mouth” as if that’s a naughty thing to do

He’s not even 5 months yet.

She’s definitely going to try and do some sort of weaning book isn’t she?
It’s terrible to be pushing something that goes against general medical advice. Yes you get some babies who are ready earlier. As a rule of thumb they should be able to sit unaided, have hand to mouth coordination and be 6 months of age.

I also find it really cringe when influencers (not just Rhiannon) beg people to post a ‘5* review’ on their podcasts. It comes across as really desperate.

Does anyone know if Rhiannon has stopped eating meat? She feeds her son some fish and eggs but I noticed her recipes no longer have meat in them...despite her and her colleague Faye releasing a Sports Nutrition guide with some meat recipes...when I asked her if she's gone veggie she felt the need to block lmao
I wondered the same after her extremely preachy stories yesterday about that seaspiracy documentary. She definitely ate a lot of fish before; it’s obviously fine if she’s decided not to now, but I feel she could acknowledge it and why she’s made the decision, not just go straight in for superiority and making people feel bad.

I know she only works for Rhi and isn’t Rhi, but she’s meant to be a nutrition expert. This. Is. Terrible. The angle it’s taken at, the filter, the underlying skeletal frame. These people are dangerous. Imagine being a client of them with a vulnerability to disordered eating and you see one of their staff posting like this. I accept she’s genetically slender. But this is dangerous IMO.
Awful, dangerous and triggering, she’s part of the clinic and as such should be held to a standard, this should be on a personal account.

Bit weird that she has put on her story about recording her podcast thanking chessie king for looking after her little boy. I assume that means chessie was in her house looking after the baby as he is only 8 weeks old. I don’t follow her so is she from a single household? Unless she has formed a bubble with chessie which can only be done if she is on her own then that would be breaking lockdown rules wouldn’t it?

Totally. Also find the way her and London Paleo Girl go on and on about all the ridiculously expensive stuff they’ve bought (or more likely been gifted) for their babies is really showy. They seem to think that by chucking money at it that will make them a good parent. A baby will still crap all over an outfit and ruin it whether you’ve paid 3 quid or 30 for it!! No doubt Rhi will have a full time nanny/au pair.
I’ve never followed London Paleo Girl. Her insta handle name was enough to send me in the opposite direction. I’ve seen her on the other insta clique accounts when I used follow them. Rhiannon and her are as fake and painful as each other. I reckon they won’t have put their hands in the pockets for any baby products. And they will prob be back doing expensive rooftop Pilates any day soon...

Ugh why does she hide the ad in her latest post. Also I hope Zachary is getting paid for this
She is SO sneaky! I hate this type of thing because it preys on vulnerable new Mums who feel they need to spend £££ on the latest gadget in order to feed their baby. How do I report this to ASA? I’m no expert but surely this is against guidelines?
