On a recommendation I tried “Bambaw” they did what they needed, comfortable, didn’t have any leaks, however My flow is always relatively medium/ light. In the end I personally preferred the mooncup!

I've always wondered about these. I think they'd be useful for when I expect my period to turn up and the tail end of it. I'd need to get my confidence up to wear them on heavier days or overnight. Or in public.
do these feel like wearing a nappy though? I use tampons and a pad when I’m heavy as a must in case, but I find them so irritating. Maybe because I’ve been used to tampons for the last 15 years or so? I dunno, I’ve only just started using pads aswell as I was sick of going to the loo all the time and it’s gotten worse since the vaccine 
I bought some generic ones off Amazon at a good price a while ago and I get on pretty well with them so although I wouldn't replace them (that would totally defeat the object of trying to be eco friendly anyway) if I could go back in time I'd have bought period pants instead because I hear so, so many people saying good things about them now! I think they would be a good option for anyone worrying about the reusable pads feeling a bit bulky and nappy like! Although that being said my pads are pretty discreet and comfortable as they're for a light flow
I suppose we could revert back to Victorian times and use old cut up sheets, which could be rewashed.

I have been using all 3 for about 2 years, I tend to use a moon cup when I am at work , period pants and cloth pads at home
I buy from The Comfy Cushion Company on Etsy/Facebook and they’re absolutely spot on for me. I will say though that I have the coil fitted and only have light, irregular periods so my main experience is with the liners and light pads.
They feel much better than a sanitary pad because it's cotton so feels like underwear
I used to have that issue until I bought a size down in knickers for a snug fit

Cloth sanitary pads
I am wanting to start using cloth sanitary pads/ period knickers. Does anyone use them? Any tips for getting started, best place to buy etc?
