5ft6 here and I’m 10st10, fairly muscular. I’m a solid 12. Nowhere near a ten. She claimed last time she did sallys fake life altering coaching she’d dropped weight to 11st4. There’s no way on earth she is an 8. Perhaps on top a ten as she’s pretty flat chested but her bottom is easily a 16.

I got in a size 12 in M&S today, I’m a 14 in river island and 16 in most other shops. I haven’t been a true 12 for over a decade I’m a 14/16 (a 15 if you will) sizes mean little these days so it’s not much to brag about really. I've got 2 LD bras and don't rate either of them. They're ok to stick on under a vest but I think they give a weird shape under most clothes and also make your boobs sweat personal opinion obviously but I was taken in by the advertising and was disappointed!
