What are the random kitchen gadgets you own?
My husband is really into them, and it’s his birthday in a couple of months, and I feel like in the 7 years we have been together I have bought all of them!
We have two waffle/toastie machine (they make different shaped waffles), a racclette, a soup maker, an egg boiler, a crepe maker, a food processor, Nutri bullet and a normal mixer. All I can think of is a Kitchenaid type mixer, but I can’t afford one Any more ideas?

Last lockdown I recently rediscovered my pasta maker which is a good fun to play around with!

Also, I don’t know much about them myself but my sister always raves about her air fryer

No actual advice on any gadgets, but up until a couple of years ago, my boyfriend didn’t know that lemon squeezers/juicers was a thing!! His mind was actually blown when I told him about it.

Since then, one of my ‘joke’ birthday presents for him every year is a different lemon squeezer.

Here’s this years

Oh, we used to have an air fryer, but my FIL dropped it and that was the end of that.
Pasta maker is a great idea, thank you!
I have this. Love it! It’s for measuring spaghetti

Damn, I wish I knew this existed before I bought a pasta spoon with a built-in measure! It works as a measure, but it’s useless at serving pasta because everything just slips down the holes Thank you

A potato ricer. Think it was about £20 on Amazon. It’s manual, but I swear it’s the best thing I’ve ever got makes my mash so nice. Simple but effective!

A vacuum packer . It was about £30. Hubby gets meat and cheese from the cash and carry in big blocks then cuts it into portions and seals it again .Also handy if you don't want to use the whole pack of something. We need more bags now though.

Love my slow cooker too.

My mum always buys me and my partner a joint Xmas gift for the house. It’s usually something for the kitchen. The most used one we got though was my electric can opener it’s so much better and quicker than doing it yourself Something I wouldn’t buy myself but love it

Rice cooker. Milk frother for making coffees. Egg poacher thingies?! (Super cheap haha)

Hand press Mini choppers are really cheap but great to make salsas, bases etc
I love the Joie half avocado and lemon savers from Amazon too, super cheap.
More expensive, not quite a gadget but a good pizza stone or as others have mentioned air fryer, Milk frother are ones we use.
The instant pot is a new purchase and bloody brilliant! Can do a tender stew that would take 2-3 hrs in 30 mins, all in one pot. Highly recommend.

Look at the YouTube channel “crazy Russian Hacker” - he has hundreds of videos where he tests kitchen gadgets. He’s also very endearing and hilariously heavy handed with the gadgets so has got a pretty big following. I got stuck in a YouTube hole with his videos last lockdown!

The most ridiculous one I ever owned was a tortilla press (I let my ex have that one when we broke up) my dad has an electric bread slicer which is AMAZING if you bake your own bread, you can also use it for meat and cheese and stuff too. Life changing!

I desperately want an air fryer/instant pot combo...

We have one already, but thank you
I am planning to get us a slow cooker when we move out (thanks to Covid we can’t). Do you find that the vacuum packer is useful not just with Cash and Carry stuff? We don’t have one of those anywhere near us

I am writing all of these down, thank you
Oh, I used to have one! I think I lost it in one of many house moves and never repurchased, and I should. Thank you

We used the vacuum pack to larger meat into smaller servings, and also we've vacuum packed fresh meat from the butchers to keep it fresh longer before we use it. I do find it quite useful in theory.

Okay, sounds good, thank you
