Chicken stir fry and low cal ice-cream (I leave the rum & raisin as a treat for the weekends)

Definitely not long as in they don't even cut down the acrylic tip but not short, somewhere in the middle.

Just very basic and simple Chinese style curry sauce with boiled rice, some shredded chicken and if I feel like it, some chips. Oh, and maybe some prawn crackers.
