I thought it was quite sad having absolutely nobody there with them. Not a friend, family member, anyone!
We had to have a really small wedding (30 people) because we got married in October 2020 .. my son was 1.5 then , and sharing the day with him , and our family was so special . I couldn’t imagine getting married without anyone else there to share the joy . I’m all for small weddings , intimate ceremonies , saving money , not having the big white wedding . But to have nobody there seems really sad :(

Oh yes I’m all for small cute ceremonies even just a couple of people, everyone has a different ideal don’t they?, but to have no one? Seems sad

See I totally understand the eloping, as it’s something we’re considering even just parents siblings and their kids and ours would end up at 30 plus if we eloped we do vegas

Maybe it’s different view points. I have a very small family and a small circle of friends. No children. However my husbands family could fill a plane with first cousins alone!

I do get both sides of it, however whichever way I was to do a wedding I wouldn’t be recording it from different angles and putting it on TikTok 🤣 your husbands family sounds like mine 🤣

Is it money related? Maybe they couldn’t afford to have people there. It’s cheaper to pay for them to go on holiday for two of them

This 100%. I don’t think they’re raking it in like other influencers plus he’s quit his job. They’re just not likeable and I think this means they don’t get that many ads.

I mean of course they chose Jamaica where they could smoke 🍃 obviously that won’t be the only reason but probably one of them. That’s probably why they don’t get many ads either as she openly speaks about it and brands probably don’t want to be associated with that.

I did love her dress but find it weird to elope and post the entire thing on social media ….. doesn’t that defeat the point 🤣🤣

I have my suspicions it is because their family would not make it as big a deal as she would want. I know people can break up and get back together stronger I just doubt if these two fixed things if I’m honest.

I think I would be too embarrassed to have a big wedding and invite all my family after publicly shaming him if we were just glossing over the cracks.

Was the dress not gifted from Wed2Be? I remember when she posted about buying it I thought that was a totally different experience than I had there. The dresses were all filthy, I had no idea you bought the one in the shop that other people had been trying on!
