I’ve never heard of these people before but omg they are sick! Basically eugenics but under a different name. Thoughts?

Wow that's so...I can't think of the right words to sum up how awful these parents are. Kids left unattended outside, living in an unheated house, just wandering around with their iPads attached while they get ignored to the extent the two year old is able to tit in his nappy and then take it off and smear tit. Just when you've read all that, the father smacks his two year old in the face . Because tigers do it. Well, pigs sometimes eat their own piglets so maybe animals aren't the best guide to parenting a child.
