, from what we see on social media they both seem like they have strong personalities, they may just clash. Karima works away a lot whilst filming which can't help someone like Stephen who seems to still be dealing with past trauma and coming to terms with recent diagnosis'. Possibly the time spent together is just too much for them as they spend so much apart.Did any of you see him talking about Millie recently? I definitely think they’ve split again. I saw him recently talking to Slimane and he mentioned something about Karima to him which made it seem as if they live separately

They have been off and on a lot over the last year haven’t they. Looks like they were together up until recently based on pictures they shared. He can’t be an easy person to live with, always airing his issues on his Instagram. Karima seems nice, hopefully the co parenting will be a healthy situation for their little boy.
