What's pointing to them splitting? I think a couple who just stay engaged for years are less likely to be flourishing. I've just seen his story from 15 hours ago and he has her name tattooed. A shame if they have, they both dote on their son!

Who knows , from what we see on social media they both seem like they have strong personalities, they may just clash. Karima works away a lot whilst filming which can't help someone like Stephen who seems to still be dealing with past trauma and coming to terms with recent diagnosis'. Possibly the time spent together is just too much for them as they spend so much apart.

I did not know that! Thank you for letting us know. I didn’t put any thought or research into it and thought it was the baby’s nickname, to protect their real identity - kind of like a rap moniker.
