I don't need to tell you guys but I'm definitely not buying the whole "oh when I look back at it now, yeah it was wrong". As a new parent you see danger everywhere all of a sudden. Can't do this, you might bang your head, you turn your house into soft play once they start moving about. There isn't a chance in hell you would spin a baby that fast as anyone, but especially not a new parent. Not only is he pdf he's also an extremely cruel and spiteful man.

ETA when you adopt a child, the social workers are extremely forceful in pushing therapeutic parenting. It's gentle parenting on crack. Responsive parenting. No cry it out, Playful, Acceptance, Curiousity and Empathy are what you are supposed to lead with - it's incredibly hard when you've not parented or been parented that way. So I don't buy all of the "he needed to play by himself" crap either.

One thing I thought when reading all the dna testing posts earlier, where there were mixed sexual DNA found on various things -which they say could be transferred because they are in a domestic setting - was like, I don’t know about you guys, but there would not be loads of my husbands sexual DNA on things around our house - not even in the dirty laundry basket to transfer onto any of our children’s clothes They sound like a right dirty pair of tickets, in their jizzy house, and not “clean freaks” like they claim

I honestly also feel like there’s probably nothing natural or normal about the videos they made of Preston touching his own parts either. In isolation, yes, children do that at times. In this case I think it is FAR likelier it’s learnt behaviour and that we’d all agree it was not typical for such a young baby if we were the unfortunate members of the jury
Having been around multiple baby boys in the family for the past 18 years, imo that is very young to even really notice their own willy and usually they do not touch it in a way that results in what JV found so “hilarious”, I honestly barely recall anything remotely like what is being described that somehow in this case has been filmed several times. I don’t believe in coincidences.

It also strikes me as someone who was meant to be safeguarding trained, he would know what sort of photos he shouldn't be taking and sending to ANYONE and what it means legally if it's innocent as he claimed. It's drummed into you at safeguarding training that even innocent pictures of your baby of genitals are showing is a huge no no and is regarded as making and sharing indecent images. He has no excuse.

Because he has no understanding about normal behaviour around a baby JMF won’t appreciate how concerning it sounds the amount of time Preston was naked. No sane person puts a baby naked in a cot, nor lets them be naked while eating food. All this ‘exploring’ food & his body is leakage of his sexualisation of Preston.

Mr Wright asks: “Are they consistent with Preston being subjected, shortly before his death, to the forceful taking hold of his head, arm, upper body and insertion of a hard, smooth object deep into his throat?”

The witness says there was a bruise to the baby’s bladder. It may be explained by compression of the bladder against the spine but Prof Crane agrees it is a ‘most unusual injury’.

This just makes me incredibly sad. Whilst we all know how it's alleged the injuries were caused, seeing it written there in a little more detail that previously reported just stopped me short. I'm not sure why this is the bit that did that - out of all the other parts - but I'm trying to take from it that Mr Wright KC is doing a good job in laying it all out, as difficult as it is.

When my children were babies the first thing I did in the morning upon us waking is change their nappies, the fact he’s saying he didn’t change it before taking Preston to JV’s mum is ridiculous and his way of squirming out of it. I haven’t commented on this thread before, but have been watching. I am particularly interested in child protection.

What I’m about to say sounds like the anti - woke “I’m not racist but..” tribe.

However, I do believe amongst educated professionals there is potentially dangerous bias for certain minority groups. I don’t doubt for a second that gay dads were seen as lower risk, and it probably helped the local authorities diversity criteria.

Please don’t think in anyway I am saying members of the lgbtqia+ community are criminals by default. However, inevitably there will be a small few who are criminals etc. and this may be over looked due to not wanting to come across un-pc.

I say this because my daughter was abused by a trans young man at college, and he definitely wasn’t treated in the same way you’d expect a cis young man to be.

It’s so disgusting isn’t it! Someone said yesterday the dog was running around with the sex toys in its mouth and that’s how Preston came into contact with them Along with the semen everywhere why are these things not kept completely separate from the rest of the household? Pair of fucking perverts.
