I have been like it on and off my whole pregnancy so far, 30 weeks. Theirs weeks were I can barely keep my eyes open and will sleep all day on my offs and then some weeks where I suddenly have a little energy back.Is it normal at only 15 weeks to basically feel dead once it's 2pmI literally feel like I can't function, my whole body just shuts down to the point I can't even be bothered to walk I have a long way to go and I am concerned I will basically be bed bound by the time I am 24 weeks
Any tips on finding some energy?
Aww I'm glad it's not just me. I've never known anything like it. I am constantly having a nap.I have been like it on and off my whole pregnancy so far, 30 weeks. I was like that and she came out 7 9lb and I only gained half a stoneDoes anyone else get a bit stressed about their diet? I’ve never had a particularly healthy diet - partly down to laziness on my part, but I feel like I start of the day well eating non sugary cereal, a normal lunch with fruit and lots of water and then it’s all down hill n I’m eating family size chocolate bars and cans of cokenow I’m starting to get worried she’s not getting enough nutrients and I’m harming her
I'd ask to get your iron levels checked as that can have an effect on tiredness. I was similar and have been shattered on and off all the way through (sorry to be the bearer of bad news!). My iron levels have been fine and I was told it's just one of those pregnancy things for me. As a positive, there have been periods where I have been much more energetic. Annoyingly I don't think there is much you can do except rest when you can and embrace the days when you have a little more energy. Is it normal at only 15 weeks to basically feel dead once it's 2pmI literally feel like I can't function, my whole body just shuts down to the point I can't even be bothered to walk I have a long way to go and I am concerned I will basically be bed bound by the time I am 24 weeks

It's beyond difficult. We have an Elanna and an Etta (we didn't intentionally go for 2 E names) but we are drawing a blank for this one. We like Lina and Sofia but again, it feels like we are going for names ending in A on purpose when we are notWhy is naming so hard!
I'm second guessing every choice, every letter, every sound. Whether it matches the surname. Such a tough decision!
Thank you, yeah I will ask for my iron levels to be checked just to rule it out. It's absolutely exhausting isn't itI'd ask to get your iron levels checked as that can have an effect on tiredness.
