I could probably list forever but my main (more recent ones) have to be -

'I'm in my _____ era' (whatever tit you wanna add in)
'It's giving ____'
'Very cutesy, very mindful, very demure':mad:
Oh yeah the era thing is really sad. I don't understand people at all

"Hope this helps" usually said by a Gen Z person in a patronising way

"Go/going in" from beauty bloggers doing make up reels.

"So, I'm just going in with some highlighter. I'm just gonna go in now with some blush, and I'm going in now with the bronzer"

Going in WHERE?

Also "Im'ma" as in "Imma go in with the bronzer.

Sorry if this is a repeat, but when someone is selling or giving something away online (it’s usually utter crap too):

'Wild' is really overused, hate it!
The other word that used to wind me up was 'problematic'. A few years ago, every podcaster was using the word 'problematic' to make themselves sound clever.

Babe or babes when it's not between partners. I've got a friend that calls me babes, my mum and brother call me babe, as I'm the youngest sibling, but it gives me such ick as it reminds me of a boyfriend-to-girlfriend pet name 😫

A weird thing I see in discussion of holidays or living abroad: when people refer to "the local language" when it's obvious what it is. E.g. person visits Thailand and talks about "the local language" you mean Thai? Just say Thai. Person lives in France and says they had to learn "the local language" you mean French! Just say French! Sometimes it fits e.g. if you travelled around India, there's a huge variety of languages spoken there and it would depend where you were, but when there is one main language spoken and you know what it is ... just say so?

I'm a Kiwi, so par for the course really, but I just cannot stand being called, "Mate" - or seeing professional emails signed off with "Cheers".
