Because of the embarrassment with it being a small community and him married at the time. He has sons and grandkids. Imo is a mug being second best and him not marrying her.

I can't watch her meals of the week when I'm eating with how filthy her cooker is and all her pots and pans need replacing.
I actually dont mind Imo, but do find it strange how she is in her 50s and doesnt have a proper job (I guess she gets a wage of sorts from the gigs) but why did she have to go to uni for this course she's just finished?

I think she jumps from course to course to keep the job centre off her back and use the free facilities in the Uni. Why is she not in a proper job in her 50''s. I don't think she's that clever TBH. I'd be embarrassed my mum still doing courses in her fifties and still no job at the end. I think our Imo is a bit lazy.

This is the kind of rit that winds me up about her so much, just this unrelenting brazen THICKNESS behind a delusional masquerade of being an intellectual of some sort.
She's good with words but that's as far as it goes. A fifty odd year old with no proper job bobbing around doing Uni courses to keep the DWP off her back doesn't give me the impression she is very clever.
I don't personally even see her as being good with words at all. She masquerades as a linguist but then says stuff like "whats bisous bisous?.... it must be French".
Why on earth would you go into a shop to buy a birthday card for someone, pay 28p for it and then show it on video? She is so tight she must actually squeak when she walks!!
