I used to listen to everyone and sometimes watch the YouTube version but I haven’t listened for weeks. The team bore me.. and Sam is getting on my nerves more than ever with his outbursts. Even Pete is too grumpy…
I’ve moved on

I watch the YouTube version and even the camera / studio lighting is way worse than what it was in the beginning. Don’t know what changed. Before it was more zoomed in on them and brighter…now it looks like it’s being filmed in a dodgy basement by btech students

Agree that the podcast is getting worse. There is basically no content, just Sam constantly purposefully making weird innuendos and saying 'I didn't mean it like that!'. Pete is the only reason I keep listening but it feels like it's gone off the rails. Sam has become insufferable. It's like he feels like he really has to exaggerate this over the top, hyper, excessively optimistic persona and it's making him come across as really fake. I wish he would be real and himself and he'd be a lot more likeable. I also find it weird how they keep bringing up his breakup while also being secretive about it. I understand him not wanting to talk about it but if that's the case just don't mention it at all!

I like Sam, but he’s being a bit of a turn-off right now, the pod’s a hard listen as a result. I also get the impression there’s something between him and Pippa. Or that he’s trying to give the impression there’s something between them, at least.

Yeah…it’s kind of weird she was in his house doing pranks and seemed pretty comfortable. I mean…I dunno about you guys but I’ve never been round my bosses house It isn’t normal.

It was Sam boasting about some pretty disgusting and abusive behaviour that put me off. Sleeping with his employee honestly wouldn’t surprise me.

I used to listen religiously but I've dropped off on it now as well, Sam was becoming too much for me.

I think they need to drop it back down to one a week and make it more streamlined about them again. Not these behind the scenes wannabes (which is sadly what I think they are).

Agreed about the wannabes. Why would we wanna listen to / watch a podcast about Tom fool and Harry from the down the road? Who is advising them that this is a good idea and good angle to take??

I actually have nothing against Sam and Pete. I like them when they are being themselves and they’re funny! If the pod was focused on them again, I’d be a happy listener! Just posted on here since there isn’t a staying relevent thread

Agreed! Sam and Pete, we hope you see this! Previous fan of your podcast…loved watching it on YouTube whilst on my lunch break. Cheered my day up completely. But now you have so many listeners begging you to go back to basics and give us the duo that started it all! 🥹 🥲 Why do we even know your employees names?!?

Yep, and the mentionitis - “I was on the phone to Pippa for hours”, “first thing I did is phone Pippa”. I’m not sure if they’re a thing, but it really seems like he’s trying to hard to cause that speculation.

Yeah Pippa has a boyfriend but in Sam’s latest valentines reel she’s acting as a couple with another guy. Feel sorry for her boyfriend!
