i think it’s no coincidence that SR podcast has won awards this year, after Pete’s strictly stint they have thousands of new fans due to Strictly. The episodes Jowita was on received more views and likes than most of their others Pete is fully aware of how things will be perceived after his gushing birthday post for her and THAT dance, to suggest otherwise is silly he’s a smart man, he knows exactly what he is doing, and the response those things would get. They clearly get on very well. To blame Jowita of being desperate when everything comes from his camp seems unfair imo They constantly reference her on the pod. She doesn’t reference him, other than gushing about the dog show, and after the dance

I remember Jowita when she won ‘greatest dancer ‘BBC with her bf at the time who worked with DTWSIRL.
She is like every other reality star now. ‘Are they a couple aren’t they’. Implying she is loved up for insta likes.
Such a talented dancer but she might end up on ‘Ex on the beach’ with Gio and Pete by 2027!

I hope she doesn’t end up on any of the shitty reality shows like Pete has done as she actually has talent.I do think she needs to stop hinting at being in relationships when she’s not,never thought she was that type but any exposure is good I suppose.

Agreed on all of this. I won’t lie, I didn’t know who him or Sam were before Sam did IACGMOOH. I started to listen to the pod then and then when he went on Strictly I thought, nice chap, attractive etc. I don’t know if it was an act but he seemed like a lovely person when he was around Jowita. I hope she finds the one she is looking for because she deserves it. As for Maura, I’d say they’re too alike for that to ever have been a success.

I never understand what Jowita gets out of a friendship with Pete.She’s always supported his work after strictly especially the dog show but he doesn’t do the same.I know most of her posts she shares and likes are about the dogs trust which she seems involved in herself so that makes sense.I think she’s comming across as she she always has,supportive of a friend and seems to be a genuine kind hearted person.Pete on the other hand comes across as a terrible friend,not even a like in the birthday post she did,never recognises her reposts her support of his shows and generally ignores her existence online.I think it says a lot about him and the kind of person he really is.I said all along the Pete on strictly was an act and he has shown his true colours from the show stopped.That podcast have used Jowita for so many clicks it’s horrible.Pete was constantly mentioning her and hinting at a relationship which was obviously to get publicity for the book.Also he said he wanted to create a viral moment at the O2 which he obviously used Jowita to do,since then he’s completely blanked her so she’s obviously served her purpose for them.I think he used Maura aswell.He’s been on instagram with songs about a girl he misses and broke his heart,god whoever that is needs to run for the hills.

Ruined him he was lying around Sam Thompson’s house doing tik toks for a living so it’s definitely helped his career.He’s done the O2 and a book off back of Strictly.I do think he put an act of this nice guy on the show though but went straight back to his real self straight after.I see his podcast still use Strictly and Jowita in particular for clicks and views,he knows that’s why he got so popular.

Strictly and Jowita are constantly mentioned on the pod it’s like he can’t let it go I do find it interesting that he does this. I doubt she will be on the pod again, because the shippers will come out in full force again , but I wonder how long they will keep doing this. I find it even more interesting that he stopped going to Strictly after Jowita went out, what happened to supporting Vicki?? he even stopped asking for votes for her on his insta stories, until she was bottom of the leaderboard ( the night she went out).

I’m still on the fence of the are they aren’t they Jowita saga. Her posts about Pete have been overkill lately, I mean the A4 instagram story about his dog show, then posting his best friends brand. It just screams odd because was she this invested in this all before?

His family, friends, especially Vicky,his management , Dogs Trust Basildon and the SR team, are all very involved with her It’s not just her invested in them I do wonder if Pete and Jowita will work together on something in the near future.

I think Pete and Maura have been going around in circles all year in a pretty toxic way. The way he suddenly stopped liking almost anything Jowita posted since the 02, like she had mentioned it and he was trying to behave! He wouldn’t even post about them being at the same events. Suddenly normal service has resumed!
I imagine they’ve fallen out again, hence the way Vicky was talking on the podcast! Maura has probs kicked him to the curb again, as she should!
I wondered if he was away with Maura after Vegas, she was missing too.

I didn’t think Pete and Maura spoke anymore but you could be right.He was posting loads of songs about missing an ex and it was strange him disappearing for a week although I thought Maura was in America then.Jowita has been everywhere with him all summer and that O2 dance was to put the spotlight on them.All of his friends and family bang on about loving her in her comments.God knows with that man he’s probably played them both.

Pete & Maura are def staying in Ireland together for Christmas. They’re at the glasson hotel. So obvious from their seperate posts with the business and red wine. I’d like to see them happy and together. Time will tell

I think he knew exactly the character he had to be for strictly as it’s a family show.I will agree he was very sweet with Jowita on the show and they seemed to have an amazing friendship and chemistry.Thr fact the Maura relationship only really lasted the length of his strictly journey and just before makes me think that was another tactic to make him look like a nice guy in a relationship.Not long after Strictly he was allegedly cheating again.He was falling out of clubs drunk and off his head on .He then did the same pr move with Jowita when the O2 was coming up and that book.He was then suddenly hanging out with Jowita,going to party’s and concerts with her and commenting on her posts and silly hints of a relationship on the pod.It obviously worked as the O2 kiss moment went viral for the pod.Then again straight after he’s back to completely blanking her online.I just hope Jowita was aware it was all for media attention as if not she’s been lead on terribly.

I was going to say the same! All Jowita posts on instagram is about Pete, about his friends, about his events. He’s obviously not interested in commitment and she needs to protect her heart and sort of stop dedicating so much to him! It goes beyond a supportive friend I feel. Every other post these days is about him.

I agree! Anyone that posts anything with his name in she likes! Even if they are together it’s a lot and just not required! I initially thought that this was a complicit showmance but I think he led her down the garden path! She needs to take a step back. Whether it’s to closet his love for willy or to make Maura jealous, I’ve given up guessing at this point! Either way it’s a shitty thing to do to a friend, who obviously has feelings for you!
Every podcast you listen to he says something different. He’s not bright enough to continue on the same narrative. I think his days are numbered as he can’t seem to behave himself!

To be honest I used to like Pete but he’s awful! I don’t see the relevance of him dancing in a show that’s supposed to be about him and Sam. He was terrible on strictly and should have left it there. I think doing that, knowing all the media attention it would get is a shitty thing to do to your apparently best mate.
Also doing that the night before the new series of strictly starts detracts away from the new contestants. (His other best mate.)
He was crying into his cornflakes about all the press they got last year because he was in a relationship, now he’s single he’s flogging their ‘connection’ for all it’s worth.

I think they’re just mates. In terms of media attention though, that’s two events recently they’ve both been at (the Strictly live show and Vicky’s launch event) where they didn’t share any photos together. Surely posting those photos would have been an easy way to get some tabloid articles written if that was their goal.

Yes but people are saying they were doing this are they aren’t they thing in time for Strictly and Pete’s O2 show for exposure.I think this hanging out a lot more and hints on the podcast started as it was the run up to both things.Who knows maybe now we’ll not see them together so much and the press will die down again.
