I personally think they're just mates. Pete seems to have a fair few close female friendships and I suspect he is genuinely a very kind and caring person behind the scenes. It must be very frustrating to have people speculate that every female friendship is more than that and perpetuates the annoying line of thinking that men and women can't be friends.

His shows don't seem to be doing well I think it's just the PR that is. They are boring with Olivia and even Sam..HE doesn't relaxed. He looks gorge though.
His dog show has been renewed for another series and him and Sam have just sold out the O2. I think he’s doing pretty well.

You’d think the two of them had been caught shagging for all the drama the Daily Mail are managing to drag out of it. They were sat on a small speedboat with friends and Pete’s hand was on Olivia’s hip/thigh when she was sat between his legs. Apparently that’s the crime of the century for a married woman - one who’s been vocal about enjoying trips to strip clubs and who was literally sat next to a friend who was pulling her top off.
Also, Jowita is a grown adult in her thirties. Both her and Pete have expressed multiple times that they’re just friends. It’s not her problem if people choose to continue to misinterpret their friendship a year on.

Those pictures are awful and her team has admitted her husband was fuming,the girl pulling her top off isn’t sitting in between his legs,it’s not a good look for a man with a married woman and probably for publicity.
I don’t think anything other than friendship is going on with Jowita either I can’t see someone like her getting involved in that lifestyle.
I don’t follow Liv but I gather she’s never been the kind of women who’s cared about what is a good look for a married woman. She does plenty of things that plenty of people might think isn’t how a married woman should behave (strip clubs, topless friends etc) and I don’t get the impression that she’s ever cared. And I would guess Pete is the same.
I suspect their teams are advising them to not address anything and just return to normal content but I also suspect neither of them are that bothered about Daily Mail outrage over his hand being on her leg, something that really isn’t worthy of a week’s worth of press.
(Also I do know enough about Liv to know her husband is not a good guy so I can’t be very sympathetic to him if he is fuming.)
