I stopped listening months ago, used to love the pod, but since the jungle, Sam has just been too full of himself and Pete even more miserable

Sam comes across fake. I dont believe he has a gf at all. The show is PR in itself. I have lustenef to it all week and a few times a day on Tikyok and its forced for laughts. Its had its sell by date.

He’s very smart,he’s been in the industry long enough to know exactly what he’s doing.I think he’s created this image on the podcast of miserable bad boy who doesn’t care about anyone.I think he’d be miserable to be around but obviously treats that team who work for him very well.

Ive seen comments about how he pays for stuff for them all the time. He went out New Years with Pippa and all her friends, and was buying Dom Peri for them all. Paid for all the taxis home I think he’s very generous despite his miserable persona, but if he was my friend or family member I would be encouraging us all to stage an intervention . If something happened to Pete I would not be surprised. I sincerely hope it doesn’t , but he needs to radically change his lifestyle

Yep I can confirm I’ve seen him recently and he has lost a bit of weight. He’d started to fill out a bit but think he’s now the lowest weight he’s been since his TOWIE days

I think it’s the producers etc now. I’m sure there was an interview a couple of years ago where they said they can put forward their ideas but it’s not always taken on board.

I’ve thought the same for months. It’s fine to support your friends/partner but it’s too much. The constant gushing about someone is not required and generally comes across as disingenuous. Pete went all in for the clicks over the summer and I think realised after the 02 that he’d gone too far.
Vicky is just as bad. This wks pod was horrific! Also the constant need to talk about Pete’s love life, embarrassing! The man’s pushing 40, claims he wants to be private. He sounds suicidal, he doesn’t need a relationship, he needs a therapist!

Constant ads on the pod and nothing they’d even stand for. I mean they had Lidl a few weeks ago like either of them shop there, then the auto trader one. It’s just so false. And Sam’s accent is very watered down compared to Louise’s but he’s very spoilt. It’s quite a depressive listen now, Sam always droning on about childish things and Pete being sluggish and depressed, and the constant pushing of insufferable Pippa as well! I think I’m going to stop listening

This won’t go down well with the people who think Jowita should step back from Pete, but it seems she might have made a small contribution to Sam and Pete’s upcoming book because she’s listed as one of the narrators on Spotify:

I think it’s nice she’s so supportive of the things Pete does and it’s pretty standard behaviour for her. She’s a much more active social media user than he is and she’s always popping up in an array of people’s IG likes and comments cheering them on.

I think there can be a tendency to infantilise Jowita as if she is some naive girl being led on by Pete. This is a woman whose rebound after her six-year relationship ended was Giovanni! I’m sure she’s perfectly capable of handling whatever dynamic her and Pete have and she’s clearly very happy to be a loud cheerleader for one of her close friends.

I think it’s extremely telling that Zara has said nothing about Sam and their breakup publicly, just moved on with Louis in her own way and all Sam has done for the last year is make comments and digs, even saying her hard launch was aimed at him and playing Louis songs at their live show at the 02. He’s an immature game playing child. I can’t and don’t know how Pete stomachs him.

I don’t know why Jowita had to dance at the show,it’s all everyone spoke about the next day and got all the headlines,completely overshadowed Sam and the rest of the show (which was shit by the way).Also can she not separate herself from Pete I love her in Strictly she’s my favourite but he brings her nothing but bad press,she’s in the tabloids every other week about something related to him.

She danced the show to get attention. It was in the sell out O2 full of cameras and camera phones.
She must like being linked to Pete and getting engagement or she wouldn’t have danced or kissed him.
Any press is good press to Jowita, She started off just being a great dancer but has gone down the route of a reality star/ influencer now

Yeah, this has come to surface and then the AI thing earlier this year where he fell for that as well. I do wonder how much of a “best friend” Sam will be if Pete gets cancelled because I bet when it comes to the money and the business- it’ll crack. He also needs to be age checking these women he’s chatting up. My friends sister is fourteen and looks like she could be 25, and she’s got instagram!

You’d think the two of them had been caught shagging for all the drama the Daily Mail are managing to drag out of it. They were sat on a small speedboat with friends and Pete’s hand was on Olivia’s hip/thigh when she was sat between his legs. Apparently that’s the crime of the century for a married woman - one who’s been vocal about enjoying trips to strip clubs and who was literally sat next to a friend who was pulling her top off.

Also, Jowita is a grown adult in her thirties. Both her and Pete have expressed multiple times that they’re just friends. It’s not her problem if people choose to continue to misinterpret their friendship a year on.

Those pictures are awful and her team has admitted her husband was fuming,the girl pulling her top off isn’t sitting in between his legs,it’s not a good look for a man with a married woman and probably for publicity.

I don’t think anything other than friendship is going on with Jowita either I can’t see someone like her getting involved in that lifestyle.

I had to switch off the one before the latest, when Sam was going on about their daughters getting boob jobs. Expected Pete to shut it down, but it got really gross and out of hand. Baffles me that someone listened to it back, edited it, and *still* chose to release it.

The more I listen to the pod, the less I like them both. I think they are both very inappropriate on the pod at times, and for me it gives an insight into who they actually are Pete talks about how Towie Pete was an act, but to me he’s more Towie Pete than he was a year ago and his insta follows tells another story
