Whilst I applaud Harry’s mum for wanting to keep her son out of the spotlight, I’m pretty sure he’s over 16 now, so able to make the choice himself?
Regardless of that, counting him as one of their children wouldn’t go against his mums wishes anyway, so I’m pretty sure Stacey is just a horrible cow, and her ‘blended family’ only includes the kids birthed by her.

I watched the TV show and she said on a few occasions they have 6 children.

I watched expecting to eyeroll and get annoyed, neither of them are my cup of tea. The remote control was the other side of the room and the dog was cuddled up to me (rare!) so I begrudgingly watched..... And actually enjoyed it. They seem like quite a nice couple, boring if anything. Still don't really get on board with Stacey's lifestyle shtick and he's quite annoying but they seem genuinely happy together, good luck to them.

I don’t think it would have been hard for them to say ‘We have 5 who live with us but 6 in total’. It was weird that it was Rob who had to make the point (presumably for the listeners) so that people didn’t think they just lost count

Yeah it stood out to me as weird as well! Made me think I wonder what’s gone off there then

“Five who live with us” might have been too difficult for them to say, as the two oldest boys (Zach and Leighton) live/sleep in a different building than the rest of the family, but Stacey unsurprisingly never mentions this.
Check out the Stacey threads for the truth about this wonderful mother!

Not listened to all of today’s pod (got bored) but have to say not one of my faves. I prefer it when they have someone funny on. I am aware of who she is as I did watch the traitors but she didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know which was a bit of a shame.

The only thing I thought when listening.. I hope they don’t do their more in depth episodes talking about IVF etc 🙈 the last thing I want to hear is them clumsily bumbling over important topics

I'm torn about the 'in depth topics'. On one hand, yes - it's a little painful to listen to people awkwardly dance around subjects. That said, a big reason why a lot of these things don't get spoken about is because people don't know what to say - so they say nothing.

Neither of Josh or Rob are arseholes, so I don't think they'd say anything truly offensive or hurtful even if they were clumsy.

Ugh I really didn’t like Leanne on Traitors, it’s a shame they couldn’t have had someone else from the show on

I haven't seen Traitors so didn't know anything about Leanne, but I thought it was a good pod.

I like the way they ask questions about potentially awkward subjects, and they don't pretend to know all about them. They ask questions that other people might feel a bit stupid asking, or things as they occur to them in the course of conversation. I like that instead of a scripted list of issues.

I can picture my husband chatting to someone in a similar way - asking questions while trying not to pry, but he has a genuine interest in finding out about the topic/experience

When I was going through my second pregnancy loss, they had an episode with someone who had had the same experience before having a successful pregnancy - it was a relief to hear of someone who had gone through the same. Whilst it could be triggering for some, it was a life raft for me.

I didn't like Leanne on The Traitors but found her quite pleasant to listen to with Rob and Josh.

You put it better than I had the energy to try to! While listening i was thinking this is probably one of my favourite guest episodes - despite never having heard of Leanne - so I was surprised to see the comments here.

Same. I had two losses and was listening to the Myleene Klass episode which helped me massively.

Has Rob crawled out of Keir Starmers a yet? 🤮
I saw that post, I get wanting to have a mooch round number 10. But shake that mans hand? I’d rather poke myself in the eye! I still; haven’t forgiven him for pushing in front of us all in the queue in Madeira

Really enjoyed the Pete Doherty episode.
I’ve read so much negative press on him, nice to hear that he seems to have sorted himself out and is leading a happy content life

I enjoyed it too. I didn't expect to, but it turns out Pete's an interesting bloke.
