I think for me it's a combination of being mean to Josh and continuing even when it's clear Josh has had enough and his babbling about a particular topic like he's being really insightful and nobody else has thought it before, plus expecting complete silence when he's doing that but never allowing anyone else to talk without interruption.
And the moaning about people asking for a picture. I get it might be annoying, but he is no where near famous enough that he is constantly getting stopped like he makes out. Plus, it’s part of being well known!
I've really gone off Rob lately too. Hes very braggy about his holidays and his house and was so rude to Josh today saying I'll talk about our holiday Orlando and you can talk about cornwall and making a cup of tea. Id rather hear about Josh's holiday than Robs tbh since it will be the same Disney holiday everyone has seen a million times
I do wonder if they're both just playing up to their loose neck/stiff neck roles a bit too much.
TBH Josh’s house in Cornwall in stunning. Rose is a very talented designer makes you wonder if Rob realises that and is envious? I don’t like the way he constantly says about Josh’s sex life
ETA Did Rob ever say about Lou designing handbags or whatever it was?
There was an article in yesterday's Times about their house. The comments were scathing about how poorly designed it is.
I am quite pleased they are doing a seperate Disney episode, I can skip I. 
But are they, because today was mainly about Disney so what more can he say?! I turned it off half way through - I haven’t turned any other ep off where it is just the two of them (have turned multiple guests offI am quite pleased they are doing a seperate Disney episode, I can skip I.
). Is this the beginning of the end for me

I'm only 7 minutes in but my thoughts thus far:
1. I don't want this episode about theme parks... I definitely don't want another separate episode about theme parks. There's plenty of information out there for people who want advice on visiting theme parks.
2. I think they need to stay in their lane a bit, all the talk of more serious episodes and inviting experts on etc, there are other parenting podcasts out there, I enjoy this one because it's silly and funny and talks about all the comical mundane tit that happens when you have kids.
Maybe I'm alone in that feeling but again, if I wanted quality information on IVF I don't think my first thought would be Rob and Josh.

Tbf I'm not sure The Times is ever complimentary about anything. If you ever read their TV or book reviews at the weekend, always negative.
The article was highly complimentary. It was the comments that were scathing.

I think they're probably at a point with the pod where it's grown so much and they're not sure what to do next with it - and one of them is handling that better than the other.
I agree that there are other pods that cover the more hard-hitting issues but then some of the standout episodes of PH (for me) have been Tom Davis talking about surrogacy, Kiri Pritchard-McClean talking about fostering etc. So there is a place for a light-hearted approach to more serious issues. I think Josh is better at these episodes, whereas I think Rob is a bit nervous about them and comes across a bit strange.
It seems, from the outside looking in, that they don't really have a 'strategy' for the pod and just do it off the cuff, probably because they are overstretched with other projects.
In terms of Rob, I think he has more of an ego than Josh. Which doesn't make him a bad person, but I think he goes through periods where his ego is triggered and that's when he's kind of jarring to listen to.

The Disney episodes are boring as duck to me. Don’t have kids mind you.
Don’t mind the idea of other episodes if it’s guests talking about their kids in unusual set ups like the fostering etc.
I still listen but it’s getting to the point I turn it off sometimes. Probably more because of Rob being that mate we all have who just gets on one or two subjects that make everyone switch off.

Agree, I definitely think it’s Rob’s increased ego that’s the problem for me now.
Never posted on this thread..but have to agree with the Rob comments. Today was also the first time I’ve turned off the ep early. I found Rob so patronising about his expertise on Disney especially after seeing it all unfold on Lou’s insta. Always been a big fan of the pod but it really grated on me today
Newsflash Rob ... not everyone wants your holiday. Not everyone with Kids want to go to Disney - and even if we did, it wouldn't be on your budget. Rose and Josh are super sophisticated Londoners - both were working in TV, lots of London friends and enjoy culture etc. Rob and Lou are completely different. I don't think either of them realises how awful Josh and Rose would find it.
Definitely he’s very blinkered to anyone else’s way of life, where they live, type of property etc
