We’ve never had a whole class party for either of our children, I don’t think it’s necessary - there are some children in my girls classes that they would walk past in the street, so no need to invite them to a birthday!
saying that though, I do think that if you allow your child to give out invites in the playground in front of the non invited children then you are a pretty crappy person.
Young children would really struggle with the feeling of being left out.
it’s really quite easy to be discreet and mindful.
It’s madness. 60 kids at a party, inviting a whole year group?! And that’s excluding friends out of school. Plus, if everyone did that it would be 59 other parties to attend that year! No one wants that! It’s just people have lost common sense of things and it’s got so silly now. Just invite who the kids actually want and make sure no key kids are left out (ie, little friendship groups etc)

I’m so envious of them! I’d love to be able to afford such an epic trip

Same! 😂. I’m just nosey and would love know how much it all cost
About £3k for flights and £3-4k for tickets at this time of year. On site hotels would probably be £3-7k+ for two weeks. That's all very dependent on premium/business vs economy flights, add ons to the tickets like Discovery Cove dolphin swims etc, deluxe resorts vs value resorts, and any added dining plans!

Lou tagged the Grand Floridian in one of her stories 😳 very spenny but if I could afford it I’d do it too.

I got the impression they were staying in a villa? Or am I just maybe thinking about the last time they were there?

I have family over in WDW just not, so I am living vicariously through them and Lou's insta stories. We last went prior to COVID, and I never went on many rides out of sheer fear of having to do "the walk of shame". Since then I've lost over 5st so I am dying to go back and ride all the rides!

It's just so expensive now, it'll be a while before we're back!

I wish they vlogged the trip, I'd definitely watch it, purely for Rob's rollercoaster faces 😂

They're with another family (Lou had her friend in a pic and referenced the Stitch popcorn bucket not being her problem as it was her friend's daughter's) so maybe they're in a villa together.

Yeah I think they did a terrible job of keeping that quiet 🤣 can't remember exactly what it was but they made it quite obvious on the podcast!
