I bet Josh smells. Eurgh. Who in their right mind doesn't have a shower before bed, after exercising? Blergh.
He must stink! Poor rose.

When we started WFH, both he and his wife were home, as we're their kids.
He complained, on a full team call, about not having enough space for them both to work.

Another old boss once claimed I couldn't have a pay rise because the business wasn't doing so well.
He'd just bought a brand new BMW. I was on like £15k at the time (first job).
Sometimes I think they say things to be relatable but it really doesn't land.

I agree Josh should wash after exercise but I thought Rob was really overreacting about the watch. Who cares?
Many people wear their watch to bed actually, not just apple watch wearers. I wear my Garmin all the time. For health reasons personally but I also like knowing the time when I wake up in the night without having to move.
Rob is really overbearing at times and trying to put down Josh. Talking over him, calling him names, shaming him for what he likes. Being a bit of a bully actually.

I don't think Josh takes it personally. He was on that walk the dog podcast and he was singing Rob's praises on there.
But the point is it wasn’t a smart watch. It’s an ordinary non light up watch that’s useless at night

I leave my watch on all night too, is that weird then? I prefer to look at the time on the watch if I wake up as it wakes me up less than looking at my phone does

I agree with this. He’s constantly ready to jump on Josh for doing something wrong. Everything he bangs on about, the lasagna at Christmas, the builder being there, the answering the door while on a podcast. It’s all under the guise of taking the piss for comedy purposes, but you can just tell there’s a proper dig there.
Rob can’t accept it when people do things differently to him. It’d do my head in if he was my friend. It comes out when he talks about people up North etc etc as well.
It reminds me of when I went to university about twenty years ago and all the students realise that people live differently. ‘Oh my God! You put the milk in first when you make tea. Oh my God, that’s sooo weird’ etc etc. It’s so boring!!
Just to be clear I don’t put the milk in first when I make tea, but that’s the only example I could think of
