Aw he’s really made me laugh tonight I actually love how honest he is and he doesn’t care.....it’s comedy gold!

tbh I hope he does give Evan a punch in the mouth that’s one guy who drives me nuts!

Another ‘essential’ trip to The Top Drawer. It’s good that Evan thinks the rules don’t apply to him. I used to really like his page but and the amount of times he’s been out along with the swipe ups and reused content is boring.

Well not obviously because they have owned the house less than a year so no way would have any equity in the property so whatever you put in now you wont get back, carpets dont add value they just make it more desirable. I certianly didnt buy my house because of the carpets, and i would always rip out carpets as i wouldnt want someone elses carpets
