Well not obviously because they have owned the house less than a year so no way would have any equity in the property so whatever you put in now you wont get back, carpets dont add value they just make it more desirable. I certianly didnt buy my house because of the carpets, and i would always rip out carpets as i wouldnt want someone elses carpets

Sorry but this guy has boiled my blood today we are still in a pandemic lockdown and hes came on his stories today to say hes been to homebase, 3 different b&m’s and a home bargains to get fucking ornaments for his garden..... are you actually thick in scotland your still only supposed to be out for essentials he could be spreading this COVID all round these shops onto the poor staff who have to be in their work just so his garden can look dressed i havent seen family memebers for over 10 weeks as they are sheilding, we have lost family memebers to this virus and this is the type of people making it stay around longer!

Thats a shame he has split with his partner i wouldn't wish anyone that pain but ..... he has a large following and should be an example to people. He done a campaign telling people to stay at home then does the polar opposite constantly, he went on about #bekind then recordings that sound pretty aggressive of him slagging a mum and her disabled kid and threatening another guy on a home account come out .... sounds like he maybe needs to step away from insta and sort his personal life out.

Exactly and this convo has been had on here before but him saying a kitchen adds monitory value it doesnt only adding rooms or square footage adds value to your property... a nice kitchen would make it more desirable etc
