Opinions on Food reviewers?

Inspired by the Rate My Takeaway thread, who do you like? Do you hate them all?
Gary Eats is the only one I somewhat tolerate. He reminds me of a camp Alan Titchmarsh though. Your thoughts?!

I love Gary Eats. He seems very authentic and trustworthy to me, and likable. Doesn’t come across as pretentious or annoying. My husband and I went to Rules in London based on his review (we’d never heard of it before that) and it was a 10/10 experience.

My friend really wanted us to go to Nusr-Et in London for the lunch special. I referred her to Gary’s video to explain why it’s a non-negotiable NO from me.

Husband and I have a trip to London coming up again soon, so I am gonna go through Gary’s videos again for another suitable restaurant. Fallow looks nice.

There’s a charming guy called Daym Drops in the US, who reviews chain/non- chain, non-fancy eateries in various states He’s so funny and his reviews are very entertaining.

It's nice to see a channel grow. I remember Gary Eats quite early on as a YouTuber and he seems like a decent guy.

Bald Foodie Guy is a bit of a melt. Always moaning about prices. Moans about Maccies, yet is more than happy to eat it. Maybe he needs to get back on the sauce, May make him more fun.

I don't think this is true... Or fair, you shouldn't tar everyone with the same brush because some wideboy got greedy.

There are other articles in the MSM , not connected with the Sun. There are multiple testimonies from various sources claiming they were contacted by Food Review Clubs management team. These businesses were advised this would involve a fee.

The ASAs CAP Code states that one must declare a post as an advertisement if there is any exchange of free products or payment.

The self-proclaimed 'UK's top food reviewer', has been accused of being paid up to four figures for making "misleading" reviews.

Tbf I think they are responding to me saying all the reviewers are at it.

Danny has been quite adamant that he's not and I've yet to see anyone come forward and go against this

Doesn't appear to be a thread yet, really thought there would be one by now.
Like Gary's channel but must say lately he has become a bit annoying with his saying "only joking"all the time.

He's also teamed up with Danny now so won't be watching those, I don't like Danny!

I've always liked Gary but I think his becoming a bit of a caricature of himself with all his "catchphrases" etc I don't like Danny either so I won't be watching their new channel Gary did say he will probably be winding his channel down in the future though

The one thing I do like about Gary is that he always responds to comments, not many on yt do that!
I think he's winding his channel down as his mum has dementia?
I'm finding with alot of you tubers I watch, I'm starting to get bored!

UK food reviews seem to getting be all too samey these days. There's only so much rit in a tray out there I suppose.
